2017 Deadlines for Exhibitors, Crafters and Vendors:
July 1            Application is made available
Sept. 1          Returning Food Vendor Confirmation Deadline
Sept. 8            Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR consideration forms
Sept. 13          Last day to submit EXHIBITOR applications*   **APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO SEPT 23RD**
                       Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
                       Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
Sept. 15          Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted) 
Sept. 15          Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all participants
Sept. 29          Load-In Begins for EXHIBITORS, CRAFTERS and FOOD VENDORS
Oct 1              6:00pm -- EVENT ENDS 
                       6:30pm -- Load-out Begins

*or until all spaces are filled.
